  10. Track, Organize and Catalog your Stamp collection.  Enter a multitude of 
  11. information about your stamps in an extremely easy and straight
  12. forward fashion including the following items: Country, Topic, Condition, 
  13. Stamp Type (Regular, Commemorative, Coil, etc), Group (Single, Se-tenant,
  14. Block, etc), Cancellation, Face, Cost, Market Value, Description, 
  15. Year, Catalog Number, Comments, Quantity, Gum, Faults, Hinged, Color and
  16. Date Acquired.  Indicate special stamp features such as Overprint, 
  17. Precancel, Surcharge, First Day Cover, Souvenir Card, Postal Card and Pen
  18. Cancellation.  Modify the Country and Topic lists to your personal liking.
  19. Help included for identifying the country of origin for a large range of 
  20. stamps.  Clear explanations are given for many stamp topics including
  21. stamp conditions, groupings, types and more.  Advanced search facility
  22. gives you the ability to search on Description, Country, Face Value, 
  23. Catalog, Comments, Year, Topic, Stamp Type, Group or Condition.  Create 1
  24. line, 2 line or multi-line reports sorted by Country, Topic, Condition,
  25. Stamp Type, Catalog Number or Group.  Reports can be narrowed down to one
  26. Country, Topic, Condition, Stamp type or Group.

  28. SmartTracker Stamps features a scrollable Viewer similar in appearance to a
  29. spreadsheet layout which lists the database elements.  The viewer will
  30. grow and shrink with the size of the window. CONFIGURE the Viewer to your
  31. personal preference.  Select only those database elements that you plan
  32. on using or that you want to see to appear in the viewer.  Specify the 
  33. order in which they appear and specify the space to allocate to each
  34. element.  Advanced search options places items matching search criteria
  35. into the Viewer.  Ascii delimited import/export operations are available
  36. with complete configurability on which items and in which order to import
  37. or export.  Limit exports to only those items found in a search.  Configure
  38. the colors for all elements of the windows for all windows or for specific
  39. windows.  DESIGN your own reports!  Add as many report layouts as you like.
  40. Select either a 90 column report for large legible reports or a 120 column 
  41. report to pack as much information on the page as possible.  Each database 
  42. element can be spread out over a maximum of 12 lines.  Place labels, blanks
  43. and database items where you want them to be.  Allocate the desired space 
  44. for the labels, blanks and database items.  Optionally add up to 3 header 
  45. lines to appear on each page.  Optionally place totals which will appear 
  46. after each report group and at the end of the report.  Optionally place 
  47. page numbers on each page.  For one line reports (columns of data), 
  48. optionally choose to have automatic column headers placed on the report.
  49. Choose from among any True Type font that is on your system.  View reports 
  50. on screen or send to printer or ascii file.  Print one page or entire
  51. report.
